Iranian Experts Overcome Sanctions, Make Electronic Board Parts At Home
Experts working at the Pishgaman Asr Ertebatat cooperative company could overhaul an automatic wave soldering machine used in the manufacture of printed circuit boards, increasing the capacity of production in the manual assembly of components of electronic boards by 30 percent.
According to the public relations department of Pishgaman cooperative group, the Pishgaman Asr Ertebatat cooperative company which produces and assembles electronic boards, various types of ultra-low power LED spotlights for industrial and home application, various types of smart attendance systems, parking systems as well as smart podiums, managed to overhaul an automatic wave soldering machine used in the manufacture of printed circuit boards after around two years of studies, bringing the machine back into service.
Despite the anti-Iran sanctions and the difficulties in receiving spare parts, the company’s experts succeeded in overhauling the German-made machine, one of the advanced devices used for manufacturing and assembling electronic boards. The Iranian technicians also managed to indigenize and manufacture components of the machine, including its fixture parts, inside the country, and increase the capacity of production in the manual assembly of components of electronic boards at the factory by 30 percent. Fixture in an indispensable part of manufacturing tools that securely locates, supports and maintains the right position of the work in the manufacturing process.
